In the morning mist along the Rhine,

the European dream of a Chinese craftsman quietly began to grow.

For twenty years of cross-border work, we have witnessed countless enamel pots crack during use and heard countless chefs lament that “a piece of art can’t survive daily bumps.” In 2019, when Mojakök was registered in France, we made a decision: with Eastern craftsmanship, we would redefine the survival rules of enamel cookware — it should not be a delicate collectible locked in a display cabinet, but an eternal kitchen companion that can carry the memories of three generations.

Deep within the Alps lies black volcanic rock that retains its mysterious sheen even after thousands of years of tempering. Inspired by this, our engineers conducted countless enamel-formula experiments in a Belgian laboratory and finally developed Black Base Enamel:

• A triple-gradient firing process that fuses enamel and cast iron at an atomic level at 820°C

• An exclusive honeycomb-structured enamel surface that increases impact resistance by 300%

• A 0.3 mm precision-controlled enamel thickness that preserves the gemstone-like gloss of enamel while avoiding stress concentration

At Milan Design Week, a Michelin-starred chef pointed at our sample pot and exclaimed: “This is like making jewelry out of tank armor!” Mojakök has always believed that true luxury is not fragile refinement that must be worshipped — it is beauty that withstands the grit of daily life.

Some enamel pots that have served for more than three years still sizzle with new stories. One customer wrote:

“It remembers the caramelized scent of my daughter’s first pancake, and it survived my son’s beginner-level spatula attacks.”
